As owner, I am the chief cook and bottle washer, as they say. I order supplies, cut the glass and some of my wood objects with my scroll saw, grout the pieces, update all my social media sites as well as my Etsy shop, do the sales and marketing.

In my role as designer, I create all the patterns and designs are my originals. I do not use templates. I create my mosaic designs with hundreds of different pieces of glass and tile and I try to keep track of all my bits and pieces somehow.

≈≈≈≈CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ORDERS≈≈≈≈
I am happy to create custom and personalized orders. Send a message with your request. Due to the time intensive nature of custom orders, please note:
In order to start, a minimum design fee of $50.00 will be required, or more depending on nature of custom request. This will be set up as a custom listing to purchase prior to any design work beginning.
Then, I will create a mockup for you to see. I will modify up to 3 revisions. Upon approval and purchase the design fee will be deducted with a balance due listing for final payment and shipping charges. After payment, I will finalize your order.
Once final work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
≈≈≈≈ PROCESSING TIMES ≈≈≈≈
New orders paid for today ship in 8-10 business days (crosses, ornaments). Frames, letters, flower pots in about 2-4 weeks. (check the shipping tab to see for specific items first). Any other custom items are detailed in listing.
If you need any items before current processing time, contact me and we can discuss whether it can fit into the production schedule or if a rush order is needed. Expedited Processing option is available for crosses and some items.
≈≈≈≈INTERNATIONAL ORDERS≈≈≈≈
International shipments are marked as 'merchandise' and client/buyer is responsible for any duties/VAT/taxes associated with their purchase Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
≈≈≈≈REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES≈≈≈≈
Hampton Mosaics does not accept refunds and exchanges for items, unless damaged in transit. Hampton Mosaics is not responsible for delays in shipping via USPS or any other carrier. Damage items will be either replaced or refunded once buyer submits photos of damaged packaging and item within 24 hours of receipt of package. A replacement will be issued in a claim filed with USPS for compensation.
Hampton Mosaics is not responsible for lost items within the US PS system. A missing package claim will be filed and once item is found, updates will be sent.
HM is not responsible for monitor variations when looking at color samples so if you are in doubt about color selections please contact me and I will mail you tile samples of your color choi

Gift wrapping and packaging
Most items come gift wrapped, ready for giving. Larger items are packaged securely. All are shipped with care.
Shipping Delays and Non-Delivery
Etsy doesn't hold sellers responsible for shipping delays or errors, as long as the seller can prove that they shipped the item on time to the address on the Etsy receipt. If the item was shipped and has a tracking number, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Buyer must contact their Post Office and gile a claim. Refunds are not given for lost in the mail or delivery delays. If a claim can be filed, refund will be given upon receipt of compemsstion from USPS.
